Cardboard Build & Paint Activity Station
Structures
- Selection of 5-7 large 3D units based on theme (e.g., City Traffic with buses or Kingdom with castles).
- Dimensions: 3ft to 4ft height/length, sturdy enough for children to crawl through or sit inside.
- Material: Multi-ply biodegradable brown kraft corrugated cardboard (unpainted).
Art Station Supplies
- Non-toxic, washable poster colors (Primary colors + White).
- Tools: Foam rollers, varied brush sizes, mixing palettes, and water bowls.
- Protection: Disposable aprons for 15 kids and heavy-duty drop cloths for floor protection.
Logistics
- Includes delivery, on-site assembly of structures, and a 4ft x 3ft themed area sign.
- Note: Post-party disposal of painted cardboard is the client's responsibility.
Custom 3D Name Letters & Photo Corner
Personalized Installation
- Custom freestanding cardboard letters spelling the child's name (up to 6 letters).
- Specs: Approx. 2.5ft to 3ft height per letter, with 6-8 inch depth for stability.
- Finish: Hand-painted in theme colors with a matte or satin look.
Themed Elements
- 3 Large "Hero" props (approx 3ft tall) related to the theme (e.g., Geometric Fruits, Pop-art Cans, or Masks).
- 1 Custom A1-sized Welcome Board mounted on an easel.
- Small thematic fillers (clouds, stars, leaves) to complete the cluster.
Setup
- Designed for a 6ft x 4ft area (ideal for cake cutting).
- Client retains the custom name letters after the event.

- 4-6 Large floor-standing props (3ft-4ft tall) to frame the area.
- Includes the Custom 3D Name Letter set (freestanding 2.5ft letters).
Detailed Add-ons
- 10 Units of intricate handmade cardboard favor boxes or table centerpieces (e.g., Miniature Carousel horses).
Service
- Full transportation, professional on-site styling, and post-event dismantling.

How I Work My Magic
- Everything is built from eco-friendly, biodegradable materials - good for the planet, safe for kids.
- I go big with themed backdrop installations: think a giant Hungry Caterpillar, a T-Rex head busting through “jungle” walls, or a superhero city full of skyscrapers.
- Props aren’t just for show. Kids can actually climb in, pose for photos, or even paint them as part of the fun.
- I love adding personal touches: 3D letters with your child’s name, custom welcome signs, or even a Batmobile with their own license plate.
