Basic Themed Home Setup
Backdrop & Balloons
- Structure: Standard 8ft x 8ft metal frame with wrinkle-free printed flex.
- Design: Selected from existing portfolio (e.g., Cocomelon, Peppa Pig) with Name/Age personalization.
- Balloons: Approx. 300-400 latex balloons arranged in an L-shaped semi-arch along the frame.
Props & Display
- Cutouts: 2 to 3 flat sunboard (foam board) character cutouts (2ft - 3ft height).
- Cake Table: Satin or sequin tablecloth draping (table provided by client) and one standard cake stand.
Essentials
- Lighting: 2 LED PAR cans to illuminate the backdrop.
- Manpower: 2-person team for 90-minute setup and breakdown.
Premium Stage Decor & Plinths
Designer Backdrop
- Structure: Choice of Circular Ring (8ft), Set of 3 Arch Panels, or 6x8ft Shimmer Wall.
- Signage: Rental of generic neon sign (e.g., "Happy Birthday" or "One").
- Balloons: Organic garland style with 600-800 balloons, including chrome and foil accents.
Furniture & Props
- Plinths: Set of 3 cylindrical pedestals (Metal/Acrylic) for cake and dessert display.
- Cutouts: 4-5 sunboard cutouts with easel back supports (up to 4ft height).
- Flooring: 8ft x 4ft printed flex sheet or carpet under the cake cutting area.
