About Cartoon & Character Favorites
Most bakers shy away from placing heavy, custom-modeled characters on whipped cream because of stability challenges, but that is my specialty. Every figurine you see here—whether it’s Mario, Elsa, or a Lego man—is sculpted by hand from sugar paste to ensure it sits perfectly on the cream. No molds are used, so you get genuine artistry rather than mass-produced, cookie-cutter decorations.
How I Create Your Characters
Every character I sculpt is a labor of love. Because I don't use molds, each piece has its own personality, from the expression on a Paw Patrol pup's face to the textures on a Minecraft block. I use a mix of sugar paste, gum paste, and Tylose, which allows these toppers to harden into a candy-like texture that is 100% edible and holds its shape on top of a moist whipped cream cake.
Lead Time and Planning
Good art takes time. If you are looking for a complex human caricature or a detailed scene with multiple props, please reach out at least one week in advance. The complex figures require 48 to 72 hours of drying time to ensure they are stable enough to stand on your cake without drooping.

- Can I choose any character? Yes. From retro cartoons to the latest gaming trends or movies, if you have a reference image, I can sculpt it. I love the challenge of new designs.
- Is the whole topper edible? Yes, everything is made from sugar paste. While some structures might use a wooden skewer for support (which I will point out), the figures themselves are completely edible.
- Do you deliver in Noida? Yes, I deliver these themed cakes across Delhi NCR. You can also pick them up directly from my patisserie in Sector 119, Noida.
- Why Whipped Cream? Whipped cream is light, fresh, and tastes better than fondant-heavy cakes. My goal is to give you the visual impact of a detailed design with the superior taste of a cream cake.
