Phenomenal Invitational Series

We run our own in-house championship series to give fighters real, progressive experience. Matches are built on skill level and experience, not just weight classes, ensuring you actually learn from every round.

This is my core philosophy on building fighters. I believe a fair matchup is based on skill and experience, not just weight. In this video, I explain our progressive matchmaking format for the Phenomenal Invitational Series, which protects beginners from mismatches and ensures every fight is a valuable learning experience.

Live from the corner during one of our Phenomenal Invitational events. You can hear me coaching my student through a K1 kickboxing bout, giving real-time instructions on combinations and control, not just chasing the knockout. This is how we build fight IQ.

A few snapshots from our 10th Phenomenal Invitational (PI 10) event. We host these inter-club wars to give fighters valuable experience in both boxing and kickboxing.

A behind-the-scenes look at our 9th Phenomenal Invitational Series. This event brought together fighters from several top gyms for a day of competitive sparring, grappling, and MMA bouts, complete with medals for the winners.

Highlights from a women's kickboxing match at our PI'9 event. We are committed to developing talent across all divisions and providing a platform for female fighters to compete and grow.

About this collection

In many local tournaments, beginners are thrown in against seasoned pros just because they share a weight class. At our Invitational Series, we flip that. We use progressive matchmaking based on your actual fight experience, ensuring you are tested, not crushed. It is the difference between walking away with a lesson or walking away with an injury.

We built the Phenomenal Invitational Series (PI) to solve a fundamental issue in combat sports matchmaking. Often, amateur fighters are matched solely by weight. That leads to one-sided fights where a beginner with six months of training gets locked in with a seasoned athlete. It is dangerous, and it destroys confidence.

Our approach is different. We match based on skill, experience, and the fighter's progression chart. We do not want to break you; we want to build you. Whether you are training at our Jayanagar facility or our Whitefield sports arena, these events are where you prove your technical prowess, not just your toughness.

Each event—from PI 9 to our latest inter-club wars—is designed to create a flow state. We use our flowchart-based MMA curriculum to ensure fighters understand why they are throwing a specific combination. If you are stepping into the ring, you should be there because you have earned the technique, not just because you fit the weight category.

What to expect at an Invitational:

  • Real Feedback: You will hear coaching in the corner, not just screaming. We focus on combinations and control.
  • Fair Play: If you are a beginner, you fight a beginner. That is a promise.
  • Complete Exposure: We host bouts across Muay Thai, K1 Kickboxing, and Submission Wrestling.

If you are training with us, your goal should not just be fitness. It should be the cage. We want to see you transition from the beginner of today to the champion of tomorrow. Join the series, test your mettle, and let us get you ready for the Octagon. Oss.

I am Raj Viperidae. When I am not patching up my shoulder or rolling on the mats, I am organizing these fight nights to make sure the next generation actually gets a fair shot. I believe in fighting to finish, but more importantly, I believe in building fighters who last.
