About Building Trust: My Hands-On Approach
When I say I am hands-on, I mean I am at the farm at 6 AM every morning, personally observing every dog's routine and mood. I do not just watch from an office. I am in the field, cleaning the pool, and engaging with the dogs throughout the day. This constant presence allows me to catch small behavioral shifts before they become problems, ensuring your dog stays balanced and happy throughout their stay.
My philosophy is simple: behavior is communication. When a dog is restless or anxious, they are telling us something is missing, whether it is physical exercise, mental stimulation, or just a sense of security. At my farm-style retreats in Gurugram and Chattarpur, I translate that communication into a routine that works for them.
The Daily Observation My days start early, not just to manage operations, but to assess each dog. I look for signs of discomfort or, more importantly, joy. By staying involved in the cleaning, play, and training, I build a relationship with each pet that goes beyond standard supervision.
