Turnkey Interiors (New Home)
Design & Management
Direct supervision by Principal Architects with 2D layouts and 3D concept renders. Includes dedicated site supervisor for timeline management (75-90 days handover).
Ceiling & Walls
Complete Gypsum false ceiling with cove provisions. Premium plastic emulsion paint (Asian Paints Royale). Feature wall inclusions: Tropical wallpaper, Fluted WPC louvers, or Fabric padding in Master Bedroom.
Modular Woodwork
- Kitchen: BWP Plywood carcass with High-Gloss Acrylic or PU finish. Quartz or Kalinga Stone countertops with Hettich/Blum soft-close hardware.
- Wardrobes: Floor-to-ceiling height (9ft). Master bedroom features glass profile or PU finish; other rooms feature premium laminate with study table integration.
- Fixed Furniture: TV units with stone-finish laminate, bathroom vanity units, and utility storage.
Complete Renovation (Civil + Interiors)
Civil & Demolition
Removal of existing flooring, tiles, and old woodwork with debris disposal. Includes wall alterations, plastering, and comprehensive waterproofing.
Flooring & Bathrooms
- Flooring: Italian Marble (e.g., Bottochino) or large format tiles for living areas. Engineered wooden flooring for bedrooms.
- Bathrooms: Replacement of internal plumbing pipes, new designer wall tiles, and installation of sanitary fixtures (Kohler/Grohe/Jaquar).
Interior Fit-Out
Includes all modular woodwork found in the Turnkey Interiors package. Adds refurbishment of existing doors (Veneer/PU) and complete electrical rewiring.
Custom Loose Furniture Add-on
Living & Dining
- Sofa: Custom 5 to 7 seater configuration with Marandi/Teak wood frame and premium suede or velvet upholstery.
- Dining: 6-Seater table with Italian Marble or Onyx top and metal base. Includes upholstered chairs with metal detailing.
- Accent Pieces: Bespoke armchairs and nested center table set.
Bedroom Furniture
- Master Bed: King-size hydraulic storage bed with floor-to-ceiling upholstered headboard.
- Other Beds: Queen-size custom beds with hydraulic storage.
- Sides: Matching bedside tables with Duco finish.
Decor
Double-track curtains (Sheer + Blackout) or Roman Blinds for windows. Selection and placement of rugs.
