Basic Design Consultation & Concept
Site & Planning
- Site Survey: One physical visit by a junior designer/surveyor to take detailed laser measurements of the room.
- Layout: Basic 2D furniture placement plan to establish flow and space planning.
Concept Design
- Concept Board: Creation of 1 digital PDF outlining the proposed design language.
- Mood Board: Visual collage showing color palettes, furniture styles, and soft furnishing inspirations.
Deliverables
- Format: Digital presentation (PDF/JPG).
- Note: This package does not include 3D renders or detailed construction drawings (GFC).
Complete Design & GFC Drawings
Visualization
- 3D Renders: 2 High-definition realistic perspective views per room showing lighting, textures, and furniture.
- Material Boards: Digital specification of materials including laminates, paint codes, and fabrics.
Technical Documentation (GFC)
- Civil Plans: 2D drawings for partition walls and structural layouts.

How I Work
- I handle everything from start to finish - so you don’t have to juggle a dozen people.
- I kick off with a chat to get a feel for your style, your day-to-day, and what you want (or don’t want).
- Then I sketch out mood boards and plans, picking materials and colors that fit right.
- Once you're happy, I get down to work, sorting out civil work, painting, modular installations, and regular site checks. You won’t have to chase after updates or worry about the little stuff.
Style & Spaces
- I don’t stick to one look - I do everything from modern living room transformation to minimalist bedroom renovation, even Japandi and dramatic, bold styles.
- If you love natural vibes, I use organic material interiors like wood and stone to make things earthy, simple, and warm.
- Kitchens get the modular kitchen design for homes treatment - sleek, practical, and built to last.
- Bathrooms? Think luxury bathroom makeover, with spa-like touches but nothing too fussy.
