Turnkey Residential Interiors
Architecture & Civil
Layout reconfiguration, wall demolition/erection, and virtual reality (VR) design walkthroughs. Includes detailed space planning for flow optimization.
Kitchen & Storage
Modular kitchen constructed with marine-grade ply, acrylic or PU coated shutters, and quartz countertops. Features branded soft-close hardware (Hettich/Blum). Floor-to-ceiling wardrobes finished in veneer or melamine polish with internal sensors.
Bathrooms
Complete plumbing overhaul with supply and installation of premium sanitaryware (Kohler Sveda/Grohe). Walls feature floor-to-ceiling cladding using large format 4x8 ft tiles to minimize grout lines.
Flooring & Finishes
Installation of large format vitrified tiles (Simpolo/Nexion) or Italian marble options. Decor elements include wall cladding with fluted panels, metal inlays, and mirror work.
Signature 'Statement' Room Package
Design Concept
Themed 'Cursive' or parametric design created by the Principal Architect. Includes high-fidelity 3D renders showing material palettes and lighting effects.
Signature Wall Paneling
Fabrication of a 10x10 ft accent wall using CNC-milled MDF or HDHMR panels. Finished with premium PU coating, metallic Duco paint (Antique Silver/Bronze), or stone-veneer sheets with backlighting.
Ceiling & Lighting
Designer POP ceiling involving complex curves, coves, or multi-level steps. Integration of magnetic track lights, LED profile strips, and COB spot-lights.
Bespoke Furniture
Custom-designed bed frame with upholstered headboard using trending fabrics like Boucle or velvet. Integrated TV console combining louvered wood with stone-look laminates.
Corporate Office Design & Fit-out
Zoning & Acoustics
Strategic layout planning for reception, cabins, and conference rooms. Ceiling installation featuring acoustic baffles or open-cell designs to manage noise levels effectively.
Partitions & Glazing
Toughened glass partitions with patch fittings and frosted film for branding. Includes frameless glass doors or flush doors with laminate finishes.

I bring together what I picked up in LA and what I’ve lived in India - every space gets a mashup of both. My interiors lean towards luxury but never feel copy-pasted. I’m hands-on, and I like to keep things real - if something’s not possible, I’ll say so up front.

My Story
Hey, I’m Pratinav. Been all over for architecture, studied in the US, but dilli (Delhi) is home, yaar. I’m obsessed with those temple carvings – real art, real history. So, I started my firm to mix that desi (Indian) vibe with the global stuff I picked up. For me, it’s not just about making buildings. It’s about creating spaces that feel rich, thoughtful, and a bit grand, no matter if it’s a posh house or an office.
