Pricing Guide
Foundation Training (2-3 Days/Week)
Schedule & Duration
- Access to 2 or 3 sessions per week based on batch availability
- 90 to 120 minutes per class depending on drill intensity
Core Curriculum
- Conditioning using agility ladders, hurdles, and cone drills
- Extensive footwork line drills on painted tracks to master stances and lunges
- Group instruction on holding the weapon (Foil/Epee/Sabre) and basic parries
- Introduction to right-of-way rules and referee hand signals
Equipment & Facility
- Access to indoor hall with mirrors and basic cooling
- Use of club-owned non-electric practice weapons for drills
- Procurement guidance for mandatory personal hygiene gear (Mask, Glove, Socks)
Competitive Athlete Training (4-6 Days/Week)
Advanced Training Scope
- Unlimited access to training sessions up to 6 days a week
- Full access to electronic scoring machines, reels, and body wires for real-time sparring
- Scenario-based tactical training and decision making under pressure
Athlete Development
- Correction from senior coaches on bout strategy and opponent analysis
- Mental conditioning and discipline coaching
- Specific conditioning cycles prior to State or National games
Requirements & Amenities
- Student is expected to own their full FIE-standard or national-standard kit
- Includes priority storage space for personal kit bags if available

Who Gets Trained Here
We’ve got fencers of all ages and skill levels at our Rohini and Pitampura centers. Doesn’t matter if you’re picking up a sword for the first time or prepping for nationals.
- All three weapons: foil, epee, sabre
- Age groups: Under-10, juniors, seniors, adults
- Beginners welcome, elite athletes pushed hard
How We Train
Practice is everything. Sara khel practice ka hai. (It’s all about training.) We go deep into:
- Speed and agility drills: ladders, cones, hurdles
- Strength & endurance: core, legs, cardio
- Coordination: drills with balls, balloons
- Mental toughness in fencing: focus, confidence, tactical sessions
Results That Count
Our fencers grab medals - state, national, even international. Delhi State, Khelo India, Commonwealth - we’ve got champs everywhere.

My Story
PRFC isn’t just a club, it’s our crazy, loud family. Hum sab ek hi sapne ke peeche hain (we all chase one dream)—seeing our fencers on the podium, medals shining, making India proud. Honestly, every time our student’s name flashes somewhere, it’s a proud moment, feels like our own win. We work hard, play harder—memes, Diwali parties, painted floors, all of it. It’s the mix of discipline and masti (fun) that makes our champs, and that’s what we live for.
My Work
Fencing for Everyone - We train kids, beginners, and seniors in Foil, Epee, and Sabre fencing. All are welcome.
Winning Mindset Training - We push you to train like a champion. Winners train, losers complain, simple as that.
Fencing Footwork & Fitness - Full-body workouts, fencing footwork drills, and agility exercises for fencers—strength and speed matter.
Fun & Team Spirit - Game days, football, handball—training is fun here. Team spirit in fencing clubs is our thing.
