Celebrating Your Adopted & Rescued Pet's Story
Every rescue pet has a journey that deserves to be told. I capture the resilience, the quirks, and the second-chance joy of your brave survivors.
This is Choco, a survivor of unimaginable cruelty. After being rescued and undergoing major reconstructive surgery, she is now the kindest, most trusting soul. Her story is heartbreaking, but her spirit is a powerful testament to the resilience of rescue dogs.
"Rescued is my favorite breed." This video tells the story of Ollie, an Indie dog who was adopted to be a companion for Shelby, a senior Lab. It's a beautiful example of how rescue dogs can bring new life and joy into a family.
This is Noor, which means "light." Her mom wanted to celebrate her 3rd adoption day with a special shoot. As a sensitive Indie, she needed some extra patience, but her beautiful, happy spirit shone through.
Sunny Indie vibes for this maternity shoot. This collage celebrates an adopted Indie dog being a part of his family's next big adventure. Adopting a dog means adding a whole new dimension of love to your life.
Twice the love, twice the slobber! This family adopted a second rescue dog, Nori, to be a sibling for Phoebe. It was fate that these two found their way into the same loving home.
A happy portrait of Noor the Indie dog with her mom. The joy on both their faces is a beautiful tribute to the love that comes from adoption.
Prancer came into my life and healed my heart after the loss of another beloved dog. This photo is a tribute to him and the incredible healing power of adopting a pet in need.
About this collection
Shooting rescue dogs isn't always about the perfect frame. Often, it's about giving them space to breathe, whether it's coaxing a shy Indie to trust the camera or managing a high-energy survivor who just found their groove. My sessions are slow, patient, and entirely on your pet's terms, ensuring we capture their unique personality without any pressure.
There is something profound about the bond you build with a rescue pet. Many of my clients come to me after months or years of rehabilitation, wanting to mark a milestone like an adoption anniversary or simply celebrate the 'gotcha day' that changed their lives.
Because I work primarily with Indie dogs and rescues who may have trauma or trust issues, I never force a shot. If your dog needs to hide behind your legs for twenty minutes, we wait. If they prefer to ignore me and play with their favorite toy, that is exactly what we capture. My goal is to photograph them as they are, not as a magazine cover requires them to be.
We can shoot at your home where they feel safest, or at a quiet park where they can explore. We have worked with survivors of extreme cruelty who now bloom with love, and seniors who find a new lease on life with their new human siblings. If you are worried about whether your rescue pet will 'cooperate,' please don't be. I have spent years crawling on floors and waiting in the grass to get that one look of pure, unadulterated trust from a rescue dog. That is the magic we document. I travel across Hyderabad, Delhi, Bengaluru, and Mumbai to tell these stories.
