My sessions are not about perfect poses, but about letting your dog be exactly who they are while we capture the real, messy, belly-laughing moments that you will want to look back on forever.
Every birthday is different, and that is why I never work with a strict, stiff script. When we plan your pet's birthday or Gotcha Day shoot, we start by talking about their personality. Is your dog the kind to dive face-first into the frosting, or are they a 'take one delicate lick and wait for permission' type of soul? I have seen it all, and I love capturing both versions.
What happens in a session
We keep the pace relaxed. My 2-hour Celebration & Family Session is specifically designed to give your pet the time they need to settle in. We use treats, props, and plenty of patience to ensure your dog feels like it is a playdate, not a photoshoot. If you want a specific theme like a Ferrari car or a teepee tent setup, we plan that in advance so everything is ready for your little one.
Inclusions and logistics
I want these photos to feel like memories you can hold. You will receive 30 to 40 high-resolution edited images, along with prints and frames to display at home. I handle all the tricky bits, including digital leash removal for those high-energy action shots. If you have a specific cake design in mind or want the whole family—kids, grandparents, and all—to be part of the frame, I am all for it. We shoot at your home, a favorite garden, or a park where your dog feels most comfortable. My goal is simple: to make sure you have photos that show your pet living their best life, frosting-covered nose and all.
