Why My Kitchen, Not a Factory
There is a difference between a bakery product made for shelf-life and one made to be eaten the same day. I do not use preservatives or industrial pre-mixes. My brownies are all about that dense, fudgy center and the signature crinkly top that only comes from getting the chocolate-to-butter ratio just right.
