About this collection
My brownies are strictly for the fudge-obsessed. If you are looking for that light, cake-like texture, these are not it. I bake these to be dense and intensely chocolatey, with that signature papery crinkle top that only happens when you get the sugar-to-fat ratio just right.
When I say fudge-y, I mean it. I bake these in small batches at my Hennur home bakery because that is the only way to keep the center gooey while the edges stay firm.
