Standard Ring & Neon Setup
Backdrop & Structure
- 6x6 ft circular metal ring stand (Gold or White finish).
- Standard acrylic neon sign rental (Happy Birthday, Let's Party, or Happy Anniversary).
- Requires 1 plug point near the setup area.
Balloon Decor
- Organic garland style arrangement covering 50% to 60% of the ring.
- Mix of metallic and pastel latex balloons.
- 4 to 6 artificial palm leaves or pampas stems for texture.
- Cluster of 10 to 15 loose balloons on the floor.
Furniture
- 1 cylindrical plinth or wire frame table for cake display.
Logistics
- Setup duration is approx 90 minutes.
- Transport included within standard city limits.

- Choice of Wooden Cabana frame with sheer drapes OR Boho Teepee tent.
