A complete winter wonderland theme for a 10th birthday. We created this immersive outdoor setup with custom backdrops, life-sized props like a polar bear, reindeer, and penguins, and marquee lighting for the age. The artificial snow and cool blue lighting complete the chilly, magical atmosphere.
Wands up for a magical Harry Potter first birthday. This detailed setup features iconic elements like the Platform 9 3/4 sign, a Sorting Hat, themed pedestals, and a custom "Wands up!" backdrop, all in the classic Gryffindor colors.
A first trip around the sun with our out-of-this-world space theme. This design includes a large moon backdrop with a neon "Happy Birthday" sign, custom astronaut and rocket ship props, and planetary details to create an immersive galactic adventure for a first birthday.
A breathtaking butterfly-themed celebration. This video showcases a grand hall transformation with multiple themed arches, elaborate balloon garlands in pastel colors, a custom entrance, and delicate details like a miniature carriage and illuminated name signs.
Celebrating a fabulous 50th birthday with glamour and style. This photo booth setup features a shimmering gold sequin wall, a custom neon "Happy Birthday" sign, a large marquee number "50", and a coordinating gold and black balloon arch.
An enchanting floral archway perfect for a wedding reception or engagement. We crafted this stunning entrance using a cascade of white jasmine flowers framed by a lush arch of pink and purple roses, accented with warm lanterns for a romantic glow.
Step right up to a spectacular carnival-themed 5th birthday party. This grand outdoor setup features a classic red and white striped circus tent backdrop, light-up star props, a ticket booth-style cart, and fun clown cutouts to bring the big top to life.
A divine Krishna-themed naming ceremony. The centerpiece is a stunning backdrop of peacock feathers and a golden flute, created with a mix of fresh flowers and custom props, all set against a vibrant blue that is symbolic of Lord Krishna.

When we plan an event, we look at the venue first. An 8x8ft backdrop works perfectly for a home naming ceremony or a small birthday, but it gets lost in a large banquet hall. That is why we offer tiered options, from basic themed home setups to full-venue 3D transformations.
How We Approach Your Event
Personalization is Key We do not believe in cookie-cutter decorations. If you choose a space theme for a first birthday, we make sure the rocket ship props, neon signage, and balloon color palette match the specific energy you want. Whether it is a Harry Potter theme with deep Gryffindor colors or a soft pastel butterfly garden, the elements are selected to tell your story.
Technical Execution Decor is only as good as the installation. We use wrinkle-free fabrics, organic balloon garlands that hold their shape, and proper lighting (like our LED PAR cans) to highlight the backdrop. For larger events, we bring in 3D fiberglass props and marquee lights to create depth and texture that looks great both in person and in photos.
Working in Bengaluru We handle everything from the initial design concept to the teardown. Since we are based in Vidyaranyapura, we are well-positioned to travel to venues across the city. We coordinate with your venue management regarding setup times so you can focus on enjoying the party while we handle the heavy lifting.
