Our Story and Design Philosophy
We did not start with a grand plan, just curiosity and a juice box. This is how two friends turned a love for raw, natural materials into the story of Parman Designs.
We don't sell furniture, we sell something you can feel. When people see our terrazzo, they relate it to their 'purana ghar'. We create memories, love, and stories. That is our brand's main motto.
How is our furniture different? We are not just selling furniture, we are selling art pieces. We create stories and something that is close to you, a piece that feels personal.
Our first order was for 50 planters. We were so happy, but 20 of them broke during delivery. We replaced them in three days and learned a valuable lesson. That's how we started, and from there we grew to tiles, furniture, and art pieces.
How did we start Parman Designs? I was from fashion and Param was from footwear. We connected over a shared love for natural materials like concrete and terrazzo. It's been six years, and we've grown from small planters to having stores across India.
It all starts with curiosity. One day, Param poured concrete into a juice box just to see what would happen. That small, playful experiment sparked a new way of thinking and showed us that the best ideas come from trying something new.
We don't follow trends. Terrazzo is a natural material that is made for ages. It stays with you and creates memories. It was there, it is there, and it will be there. It's a lifelong material.
We don't always agree on design, color, or texture. But we never let it get in the way of the work. We listen, we push back, and we figure it out together, because making something meaningful means trusting the process, even when it's messy.
We are thrilled to have won the "Trendsetter and Futuristic Handmade Terrazzo Product Brand" award at the Architecture and Interior Design Excellence Awards 2025. A big thanks to our clients and collaborators who push the boundaries with us.

It is a slow, often messy process, but that is how we ensure each design carries a piece of your own story.
At Parman Designs, we believe in the power of materials that age with you. What began six years ago with a simple experiment—pouring concrete into a juice box—has evolved into a studio that designs, samples, and casts everything from custom side tables to large-scale bar counters. We are not interested in fleeting design trends. Instead, we look to the classic terrazzo floors of yesterday and the raw textures of nature to guide our process. Whether we are incorporating brass inlays, mixing custom aggregate stones, or crafting sculptural seating like our Pakhru chair series, our goal is the same: to create a piece that feels like it has always belonged in your space. We have been recognized by the Architecture and Interior Design Excellence Awards 2025 and featured in the AD List 2024, but our real pride lies in the homes where our pieces reside. We collaborate directly with you to get the colors, textures, and finishes just right, because we know that furniture should be more than functional. It should be a piece of art that sparks memories and stands the test of time.
