We don't use assembly lines. Every piece we make is a journey, starting from a rough sketch, moving to messy molds, and ending with something you'll hold for a lifetime.

It took us three to six months to create these pieces. When you are designing with concrete and terrazzo, nothing comes easy. We spent months perfecting the look and feel, but every minute was worth it.

Listen closely. This is the sound of ideas taking shape: the scrape of metal, the tap of a hammer, the buzz of machines. This is where every piece begins, with hands, tools, and time. No shortcuts, just honest work.

What looks like a toss is actually trust. Every hand, every lift, and every step is part of the care that goes into each piece. This video shows the teamwork and precision required to handle our heavy, handcrafted furniture.

It takes many hands to create something amazing. We are thankful to all our hardworking boys in the workshop who make our designs happen every time, from painting cactus sculptures to finishing large pieces.

About Our Process: From Sketch to Reality

A single piece isn't cast in a day. It takes us anywhere from three to six months to perfect a design, primarily because we are translating delicate, organic concepts into heavy-duty concrete and terrazzo. When you visit our Ghitorni workshop, you aren't picking from a catalog. You are stepping into the middle of that conversation, where we tweak everything from the marble chip mix to the brass inlay placement until it feels just right.

Everything starts with an idea. Often, it begins as a sketch, but sometimes it starts with just pouring concrete into a juice box to see what happens. That raw, experimental energy is the core of how we work at Parman Designs.

From Idea to Object We do not follow passing trends. Terrazzo has been around for generations, and we treat it that way, as a timeless material that builds a story in your home. When you commission a custom piece, we do not just make it. We explore it with you. We start with the concept, move to structural sketches, and then begin the sampling process. This is where we finalize your specific aggregate mix, whether you prefer Italian marble, large Venetian stones, or a mix of soft pastels and earthy tones.

The Craft of Concrete Working with Glass Reinforced Concrete and terrazzo is not easy. It is physically demanding work that requires constant attention. Our workshop in Ghitorni, Delhi, is a place of organized chaos, with the buzz of grinding machines, the scrape of metal, and the careful pouring of molds. Because we work with high-density concrete and custom inlays like brass or copper, each table, sink, or art piece undergoes multiple stages of diamond polishing to achieve that final satin or high-gloss finish.

Built to Last Whether we are casting a 30-foot bar counter or a delicate side table, the goal remains the same: creating furniture that feels like an heirloom. We use penetrating sealants to make sure your dining table resists wine and coffee stains, and we ensure our outdoor sculptural seating can handle the Indian sun and rain. Every crack, every inlay, and every smooth surface is the result of human hands, not an automated machine.

I am Manuj. I started by pouring concrete into a juice box just to see what would happen, and I have been chasing that curiosity ever since. My team and I do not just build furniture. We create pieces that remind you of home, whether that is the floor in your old house or a memory you have yet to make.
