The Making Of: Our Handmade Process

Every tray, coaster, and candle holder we create starts as dust and water, mixed right here in our Bangalore studio. See how our messy, intentional process turns raw materials into small pieces of calm for your home.

From a messy desk and powdery chaos to something soft, strong, and made to last. This is our authentic, unfiltered process of making a shell dish, because your space deserves something with meaning.

Every time we pour Jesmonite, it's a mystery until the mould comes off. That's the beauty of it. This video shows the satisfying reveal of a floral trinket tray, with its unique textures and bubbles.

Demoulding 101. This step looks simple, but timing and gentle pressure are key to preserving the delicate edges and achieving a clean finish. Every demould teaches us something new.

Handmade starts with hands: messy, steady, and always full of intention. This video shows the rhythm of our craft: pour, wait, cure, sand, and seal. No factories, just us and the craft.

Let's demould together. A quick, satisfying video of revealing a freshly cured dual-compartment holder.

This isn't concrete or resin. It's Jesmonite, a water-based, solvent-free material that's shaping the future of interiors. It's strong, smooth, and allows for endless creativity.

Why does concrete change color while curing? As water evaporates, the color lightens. It's a natural process and part of why no two of our pieces are ever exactly the same.

The best part of the process: the reveal. This purple shell dish has a few quirks, but that's what makes her even more beautiful and perfectly imperfect.

Come pack an order with me. There's something so special about wrapping up a piece that was made by hand, just for you. Every order is a small celebration in our studio.

I pour. I tap. I pray. And still, a wild bubble appears. Concrete keeps us humble, but we embrace the perfectly imperfect nature of our handmade decor.

About The Making Of: Our Studio Process

We don't rely on mass-production machinery because we believe the small imperfections make our work real. When we pour Jesmonite or concrete, we do it by hand in small batches, which means you might occasionally see a tiny air bubble or a slight natural color shift in your piece. These aren't defects; they are the unique fingerprints of the pouring process, serving as proof that your item was hand-poured with care in our studio rather than stamped out in a factory.
