Meet the Founder and Team Behind Pack-9
I am Tejshree, a former lawyer turned certified trainer. My team and I built Pack-9 to be more than a training center; we created a sanctuary where dogs and their humans can build real, lasting connections.
On the most challenging days, I remind myself why I started this center. I feel so grateful for all the dogs we've been able to help and who call Pack-9 their home away from home.

About Meet the Pack-9 Team & Our Founder
My path to dog training wasn't linear. I spent seven years as an art and antiquities lawyer before realizing my true calling was helping people communicate with their dogs. When you work with us, you aren't just hiring a trainer; you are partnering with a team that views training as a structured lifestyle change rather than just a way to fix bad habits.
The journey to Pack-9 started with a simple question: can I learn to do this right? That drive led me to leave a stable law career and train extensively, eventually completing my certification at the National K-9 Learning Center in Ohio. My student dog, Doug, was my partner throughout that process, teaching me that the most effective training is built on trust, consistency, and a calm state of mind.
Why We Do It This Way
I believe dogs thrive when they have clear boundaries and a routine. Too often, I see pet parents giving dogs endless freedom, only to be frustrated when they don't listen. My team and I specialize in the 'art of doing nothing'—teaching dogs how to relax, wait, and exist calmly in a human-centric world. Whether it is our Puppy Preschool or Advanced Behavior Modification for dogs with bite history, our methods are designed to build a language you and your dog can both understand.

Our center in South Delhi is not a kennel; it is a collaborative space. Every staff member here is chosen for their compassion and grit. They are the backbone of our operation, ensuring that your dog receives the same level of care, hygiene, and attention that I would give to my own. We see every dog that walks through our doors as family, and we feel honoured to play a part in their growth.
