About Training in Action: The Residency Program Experience
The most important part of this program isn't the time your dog spends with me—it's what happens on the last day. I hold mandatory 90-minute handler transfer sessions for every residency. You aren't just picking up a trained dog; you're learning how to be the consistent leader they need. If you aren't ready to put in the work at home to maintain the routine, the training won't stick.
I run a strict, no-nonsense residency program at our South Delhi center, but it's not a boot camp. It's an immersive experience where your dog learns how to be calm and balanced, not just obedient.
Why Residency?
Dogs thrive on routine. Whether you have a puppy needing foundation work, an adolescent dog struggling with leash manners, or a dog with complex behavioral issues like aggression or anxiety, they need a reset. We use a structured environment to teach the 'art of doing nothing'—helping them regulate their state of mind rather than just reacting to every noise or movement.
What We Cover
- Puppy Pre-School: Essential socialization, potty training, and impulse control for dogs under 6 months.
- Basic Obedience & Manners: Tackling real-world issues like counter-surfing, door-darting, and selective hearing.
- Advanced Behavior Modification: Root cause analysis for dogs with bite history, resource guarding, or severe fear-based reactivity. This requires my direct, daily oversight.
The Process
My residency is a partnership. We provide 24/7 climate-controlled accommodation and daily updates, but the end goal is always the same: getting you involved. You will receive detailed progress reports and, most importantly, the training to carry this forward. If you are looking for a quick fix or a 'magic' solution that doesn't involve your commitment, this isn't for you.
