Standard Overnight Boarding

- Hygiene: Daily facility disinfection with hospital-grade cleaners, plus daily brushing and eye cleaning for the dog.
Routine & Nutrition
- Meals: Freshly prepared broth, chicken, rice, and seasonal veggies, or adherence to owner-provided kibble.
- Activity: 3-4 supervised play sessions on a natural grass lawn.
- Updates: Two detailed video updates sent daily (Morning and Evening).
High-Dependency & Puppy Boarding

- Mobility Support: Physical assistance and lifting for senior dogs moving between indoor and outdoor zones.
- Medical Management: Administration of oral medications, supplements, eye drops, or wound cleaning as per prescription.

Comfort & Feeding
- Orthopedic Setup: Extra-padded bedding provided for arthritic seniors.
- Dietary Handling: Hand-feeding for fussy eaters and management of complex renal or heated diets.
- Solo Access: Guaranteed solo lawn time for reactive or frail dogs unable to join the group.
Structured Day Boarding
Day Routine
- Duration: Full day access (typically 08:00 AM to 06:00 PM).
- Staff Ratio: Approximately 1 handler per 5 dogs for constant vigilance.
- Activity: Supervised socialization on natural grass and mandatory crate rest periods to ensure balance.
Care Essentials
- Facilities: Access to air-conditioned indoor rest areas and outdoor lawns.
- Feeding: Serving of owner-provided meals or basic facility broth/rice if required.
- Departure Prep: Visual health check for ticks or injuries and a basic wipe-down before pickup.

Our Space
We keep the place super clean. Kennels are spacious, and everything is appointment-only for a calm, safe vibe. Hygiene is a big deal for us.
What You Get
We’re a small, hands-on team. You’ll get video updates twice a day, so you know exactly what your dog’s up to. Most dogs leave happier - sometimes with shinier coats from the healthy food, too. Seeing them enjoy and thrive is the best part for us.

My Story
Funny, right? Years with art and antiquities, then one day I just said, nope, dogs are my thing. Quit law, started asking folks if I could train their dogs for free. Learned in India, then off to the US—crazy 15-hour days, but Doug (my student dog) kept me sane. When we both got certified, felt like magic. Now Pack-9’s my heart, and every dog here is family. Some days are wild, but wouldn’t trade it. Grateful, always.
