My Journey From Corporate Life to Professional Dog Training
I swapped my 9-to-5 corporate career for a life of wagging tails and muddy paws. Here is why I left the office to help you and your dog find a common language.
This was a turning point. After quitting my job, I invested in myself and traveled to Bangalore to learn from one of the masters, Kumar sir of Canaan Pet Resort. This certification gave me the confidence to turn my passion into a profession.
A glimpse into my journey to becoming a full-time, certified trainer. It involved taking a leap of faith, traveling to a new city, and dedicating myself to learning advanced obedience and behavior modification from the best in the field.
Why do I work with dogs? Because they are our dard ki dawa, our pain relievers. This video with a gentle Great Dane captures the deep, healing connection that inspires me to help humans and dogs understand each other better.

A proud moment! My dog Bindiya was featured in a CNBC TV18 special report on India's growing pet care industry. It's amazing to see the work we do get recognized on a national platform.
About My Story: From Corporate to Canine Expert
When I left my corporate desk to pursue dog training, I quickly realized that most behavioral issues are not about the dog, but about the human. If you have ever been frustrated because your dog listens to a trainer but ignores you, you are not alone. My job is not to be a magic wand for your dog, but to teach you how to be the clear, consistent leader your dog is actually waiting for.
I spent eight years in a high-pressure corporate job before realizing my true calling. My own dog, Bindiya, was the catalyst. Watching her struggle and learn forced me to dive deep into canine behavior, eventually leading me to quit my role, pack my bags for Bangalore, and train under industry masters at Canaan Pet Resort.
Why Balanced Training Matters
I practice balanced dog training. This means I do not rely on just one method. I mix praise, play, food, and fair corrections to build obedience for real life. It is not about forcing a dog to be a robot; it is about setting boundaries that make them feel secure. Whether you have a tiny pup or a big, high-energy breed, my focus is on desensitization and counter-conditioning to handle real-world triggers like traffic, strangers, and other dogs.
We Train the Parent, Too
Most of my work is coaching you. I handle the initial assessment of your home environment and temperament, then provide a roadmap. We will work on leash mechanics, body language, and consistent household rules. If you want a dog that can accompany you to a cafe or sit calmly in a crowded elevator, you need more than a few tricks. You need a lifestyle protocol, crate training for calm, and a solid understanding of your dog's specific drives. My goal is to ensure you feel proud and confident whenever you take your canine citizen out in public.
