These aren't just pets; they are my partners in rehabilitation and the backbone of my socialization programs.

A very Happy Birthday to our Founder and Head Trainer, Varun Anand, pictured here with his dog Solan. His dedication and passion are the driving force behind everything we do.

Blessing your feed with the mother of all, Karma vom Baadshah Kennels. She is a core member of our pack and the dam to some of our amazing working-line pups.

Another powerful shot of Karma. Her stable temperament and strong genetics are what we strive for in our breeding and training programs.

The beautiful and formidable Karma, enjoying a sunny day at our facility.

We are truly alive in the moments when our hearts are conscious of our treasures. A glimpse of our pack, our family, our company.

This is an appreciation post for our entire team and our amazing pack of dogs. From our handlers and trainers to the dogs themselves, everyone works hard to make Canine Conditioning a success.

About Meet the Pack

When you bring your dog to my facility, the first thing they meet is my pack. These dogs are my partners. They are not here just to hang out; they are trained to deliver corrections, offer comfort, or simply serve as a calm presence for reactive dogs. It is not about letting them run wild; it is about controlled interaction where my dogs teach yours the rules of the game.

Every dog here has a job. Take Karma, my working-line German Shepherd. She has the temperament and drive that make her the perfect mentor for nervous or even aggressive dogs. She does not react; she commands respect simply by existing. Then there is Solan, who carries the legacy of his mother, Xena. He is all fire and focus.

My wife, Simran, and I manage every single interaction. We do not believe in 'free-for-all' playtime. If you have seen our work, you know we handle dogs across the spectrum—from tiny Lhasa Apsos to massive working breeds.

Socialization is a skill, not a gamble. When I introduce a new dog to my pack, it is controlled. If a dog is reactive, they start by observing the pack from a distance. As they gain confidence, we move them closer. We use our dogs to break down the defenses of anxious pups because a dog listens to another dog faster than they listen to a human.

This is why boarding here is different. Your dog is not just in a kennel. They are part of a system where they learn how to exist in a balanced pack. Whether your goal is sport training or just basic rehabilitation, these dogs are the most important tools in my kit.

My wife, Simran, and I run Canine Conditioning together. It is just the two of us, training, managing the pack, and handling every dog that walks through our gates. We treat your dog like our own because, for the duration of their stay, they are family.
