Romantic Room Surprise Package
Balloon Decor
- Ceiling Setup: 40 to 50 Latex balloons attached to the ceiling with curling ribbons (air filled with removable tape).
- Floor Arrangement: 40 to 50 Loose balloons scattered to create volume.
- Message Foils: 16 inch foil letter balloons spelling Happy Birthday, Marry Me, or I Love You.
- Accents: 4 to 5 Heart or Star shaped foil balloons.
Romantic Elements
- Flower Decor: 250g of fresh or artificial rose petals arranged in a heart shape or pathway.
- Lighting: 1 to 2 strings of fairy lights draped around the headboard or curtains.
Execution
- Duration: Setup requires 60 to 90 minutes of room access.
- Note: Cleanup after the event is not included.
Ring Backdrop & Neon Setup
Backdrop Structure
- Frame: 6ft x 6ft Circular metal ring stand in Gold or White finish.
- Balloons: Organic style semi arch garland covering 60 to 70% of the ring using Pastel and Metallic latex balloons.
- Signage: 1 Neon light hanging on the ring (Happy Birthday or Happy Anniversary).
Props & Display
- Cake Table: 1 Cylinder or Plinth table (White or clear) for cake placement.
- Light Number: 1 LED Marquee Number (approx 2 to 3ft height) indicating age.
- Flooring: Basic red or grey carpet (6x4 ft) for the photo zone.
Logistics
- Crew: 2 Decorators.
- Rental: Props (Ring, Neon, Table, Marquee) are on a rental basis and collected the next day or same night.
Grand Themed Event Decor
Stage & Backdrop
- Main Wall: Choice of 8ft x 8ft Printed Flex (custom theme) OR Shimmer/Sequin Wall.
- Balloon Work: Heavy balloon arch bordering the backdrop or an L shaped organic garland flowing to the floor.
- Theme Props: 3 to 4 Large Sunboard character cutouts or standees matching the theme (e.g., Animals, Cartoons).
- Stage Lighting: 2 to 4 LED Par cans or spotlights and 1 Neon light or Marquee Name.
Entrance Zone
- Welcome Area: Custom designed Welcome Board mounted on a wooden easel stand.
- Doorway: Standard balloon arch at the venue entrance (approx 8ft height).
Cake & Extras
- Display: Set of 3 Cylinder tables or 1 rectangular table with themed draping.
- Transport: Includes prop transport within city limits.

How I Decorate
Balloons are my thing. I build trending balloon decorations like grand arches, custom shapes, and garlands in wild color combos. For the backdrop, I use custom flex prints, sequin walls, or neon signs. Marquee letters, cake tables, and life-sized cutouts make it all pop for your Insta pics.
Entertainment & Extras
