Vibrant Haldi & Mehndi Setup
Theme & Decor
- Backdrop: 10x10 ft customized vibrant backdrop (Marigold wall, colorful tassels, or printed flex with floral borders) for the main ritual area.
- Seating: Decorated swing (Jhoola) or ornate couple sofa podium with yellow/pink fabric accents.
- Draping: Leheriya or ribbon-style ceiling draping (up to 2,000 sq. ft coverage) to create a carnival look.
- Props: 2-3 Selfie zones including decorated bicycles, Desi Swag signages, and umbrella hangings.
Florals & Detailing
- Flowers: Heavy use of Genda (Marigold) strings and Tube roses mixed with artificial fillers for height.
- Guest Seating: 50-70 Standard chairs with vibrant tie-backs or covers matching the theme.
- Welcome: Welcome board with floral pasting at the entrance.

- Aisle: Elevated or carpeted bridal aisle lined with floral pedestals or exotic cages.
- Varmala Special: Hydraulic or Revolving stage mechanism with thematic background music.
The Fairytale Entry
- Bride/Groom Entry: Logistics for the entry (e.g., Phoolon ki chaadar, buggy decoration).
- SFX Package: Dry Ice (Cloud effect) on the walkway + Cold Pyro shots + Rose Petal blast during the garland exchange.
Guest Experience & Logistics
- Seating: 200 Tiffany or Chiavari chairs and 25-30 Round tables with floral centerpieces and overlays.
- Illumination: General area wash lighting for dining areas, plus fairy light wrapping on venue trees/pillars.
- Power: Includes 125 KVA Silent Generator backup.
- On-Ground Management: A dedicated team of 4-5 staff (Shadows) to manage vendor coordination and stage flow.
