We advocate for a simple, effective contrast therapy routine: heat followed by cold. Start by spending time in our gender-segregated steam chamber, which helps relax muscles and clear tension. Follow this with a session at our ice fountain, where you can use the ice flakes for friction contrast therapy. This temperature shift helps improve circulation and reduces post-workout soreness.
