This allows you to walk through your home digitally, making decisions on color palettes, furniture placement, and lighting before a single wall is touched.
Technical Precision
Once the design is locked, we create comprehensive technical blueprints. This includes GFC (Good for Construction) drawings covering civil changes, electrical looping, and lighting layouts. For those opting for our execution services, we produce detailed millwork drawings for custom furniture, ensuring every wardrobe, TV unit, and kitchen cabinet is built with exact specifications.
Site Supervision & Quality Control
This is where the concepts become reality. Our team conducts regular site checks to monitor progress and ensure contractors follow the blueprints precisely. We also accompany you on market visits to select tiles, sanitary ware, and veneers, ensuring that every element—from the Italian marble flooring to the architectural light fixtures—meets our quality standards. This hands-on approach minimizes errors and ensures that the final space feels as luxurious as it looks.
