When planning your terrace, we start with structural integrity and waterproofing before any aesthetics. We ensure the layout supports heavy features like water fountains, kitchen bars, or planters, so your space is as durable as it is beautiful.
A terrace is an investment, not just an add-on. Our process begins with a technical assessment of your slab, drainage, and load-bearing capacity, particularly for heavy elements like stone fountains or large planters. Delhi weather is demanding, so we specify weather-resistant materials like large-format tiles, high-grade teak or composite decking, and UV-stabilized finishes that retain their look over years.
We focus on zoning your terrace to maximize its utility. A pergola might provide essential shade for a lounge area, while an outdoor bar or kitchen counter can be placed to handle social hosting. We layer lighting to ensure the space is functional at night, using warm ambient COB lights or feature strips that highlight architectural details.
