Before we lay a single brick, we ensure every detail is visualized through detailed 3D renders and technical GFC drawings. We do not just guess; we plan, supervise every on-site phase, and manage the contractors so you do not have to handle the stress of a renovation.
How We Design Your Space
Our process is built on the belief that a beautiful home requires as much planning as it does creativity. When you work with us, you are not just getting a decorator; you are getting a team that handles the entire project from the first sketch to the final handover.
1. Visualization & Planning
We begin with a deep dive into your lifestyle. Before we start any work, we create detailed 3D renders. These are not just pretty pictures; they are a preview of your future. We experiment with lighting, textures, and furniture layouts so you can see exactly how the space will feel before we order a single piece of material.
2. Technical Precision
Design is only as good as its execution. We prepare a full set of Good For Construction (GFC) drawings. This includes everything from electrical looping and false ceiling plans to precise joinery details. These drawings eliminate guesswork for our contractors and ensure the final output matches the initial vision.
3. Hands-On Supervision
We believe the magic happens on site. Our team manages the entire execution. We conduct regular site visits to monitor quality, check craftsmanship, and address any last-minute adjustments. Whether it is verifying the finish of a wardrobe or checking the plumbing lines, we are there to ensure standards are met.
4. The Handover
We do not finish until the house is ready to live in. This includes post-handover cleaning and final styling. The moment you walk into your finished space, it should feel like you, only better. We handle the technical heavy lifting so you can simply enjoy the result.
