- Ceiling Balloons: 40 to 60 standard latex balloons (air-filled) taped to ceiling with hanging ribbons.
- Foil Set: "Happy Birthday" or "I Love You" text foils (16 inches) + 2 to 3 heart shaped foils.
- Flowers: 500g to 750g fresh rose petals scattered on the bed and floor.
- Lighting: 3 to 5 LED fairy light strips draped over headboard or curtains.
Execution
- Location: Indoor bedroom or living room only.
- Cleanup: Post-event cleanup is not included.

- Ring Frame: 6x6 ft circular metal structure (Gold or White).
- Balloon Garland: Organic semi-arch covering ~60% of the ring using Chrome, Pastel, and Latex balloons.

- Cake Display: One cylindrical pedestal (metal wireframe or solid white).
- Accents: 2 to 3 bunches of artificial flowers in the arch + 10 to 15 loose floor balloons.

Every detail, from cartoon cutouts to custom balloon arch displays, is sorted so the bachcha (child) feels like they’re in another world.
Milestone Celebrations
Big birthdays deserve big vibes. I set up elegant balloon arches, neon birthday signs, and shiny number lights for those 18th, 21st, 30th, or 40th birthdays. Colour themes like black & gold or rose gold are popular, but I’m always up for something different if you’ve got ideas.
Intimate Room Surprises
Sometimes, small is better. I can turn a simple room into a full-blown celebration with ceiling balloons, fairy lights, flower petals, and a milestone birthday backdrop. It’s more personal and usually gets the most emotional reactions.

Hey, we’re OTB Event from Gurgaon. For us, it’s all about masti (fun) and celebrating with people you love. We get a kick out of turning a plain ghar (home) into full-on shadi vibes or making a kid’s Cocomelon birthday epic.
