Our Setup Process
- Site Prep: We arrive at your chosen venue or home in Gurgaon well before your event starts to clear the space and position our circular metal frames or backdrop stands.
- Balloon Styling: We do not use generic straight-line garlands. We create organic, clustered balloon arrangements using high-quality chrome and pastel balloons that add depth and volume.
- Lighting & Props: From neon 'Happy Birthday' signs to marquee numbers and cake plinths, we wire and position everything to look clean and professional, ensuring no messy cables are visible.
- Customization: If you have requested a specific theme, like a jungle safari or a butterfly party, we ensure the custom flex backdrops and character cutouts are aligned perfectly with the rest of the decor.
