Corporate Entrance & Branding Package
Entrance & Branding
- Spiral Balloon Arch: One standard 8ft x 8ft spiral arch at the entrance using 3-color latex balloons (Metallic or Pastel).
- Flex Backdrop: One 6ft x 6ft or 8ft x 8ft printed vinyl flex banner mounted on a wooden or metal frame. Includes event theme print or company logo.
- Themed Cutouts: 2-3 Sunboard (foam board) cutouts (approx. 3ft height) placed on easels or the backdrop.
Interior Decor
- Ceiling Bunches: 25-30 bunches of air-filled balloons attached with tape or ribbons for the reception or workstation area.
- Floor Clusters: 4-6 balloon bouquets placed at the base of the backdrop to cover stand legs.
Logistics
- Staff: 2 Decorators and 1 Supervisor.
- Timing: Setup takes 2-3 hours. Includes next-day removal of frames and props.
Festive Drapery & Marigold Decor
Backdrop Structure
- Fabric Draping: Georgette or Satin curtains on telescopic stands (8ft to 10ft width). Available in festive colors like Yellow, Orange, Magenta, or Green.

- Illumination: 2 LED PAR uplights to wash the drapes in color.

Additional Styling
- Props: Includes cylinder pedestals for cakes or dried Pampas grass bunches for boho accents.

- For office inaugurations, I bring in colourful balloon pillars and custom backdrops that match your company vibes. First impression toh banta hai (First impression is a must)!
- Themed corporate party decor is something I love - World Heart Day, Republic Day, Independence Day, you name it. Expect tricolor arches, heart balloons, and backdrops that set the mood.
- Holiday parties at work? I do Christmas and New Year’s party setups that actually feel like a celebration, not just another day at the office.
Festive Decoration At Home
- For festivals like Diwali or Ganesh Chaturthi, I combine marigold flowers, drapes, and even flower Ganesha motifs for that perfect traditional festival backdrop.
- If you’re into modern vibes, I can set up sequin walls, balloon arches, or neon “Let’s Party” signs for Christmas and New Year’s.
- Family moments like baby’s First Lohri get colourful, custom backdrops with kites, dhols, and bonfire graphics - thoda hatke (something different) from the usual.
