Birthday Party Decorations

Core Setup

Important Info

• Illumination: Heavy usage of warm white LED Fairy lights draped inside and outside the tent.
• Floor Decor: A pathway or heart shape created using approx 500g of fresh Rose Petals.
• Candles: 10 to 15 flameless LED Tea light candles placed safely on the floor.

Decor Elements

• Balloons: 200 Air filled balloons scattered inside the tent and covering the surrounding floor.
• Photos: 10 to 15 printed photos of the couple clipped to the fairy lights (soft copies required 24 hours prior).

Backdrop Configuration

• Structure: 6ft x 6ft Circular Iron Ring Stand.
• Cover: Custom printed flex cover matching the chosen theme (e.g., Unicorn, Jungle, Cocomelon).
• Balloon Arch: Organic L shaped demi arch covering 60% of the ring, made with 300 to 400 balloons (Pastel Matte and Chrome mix).

Themed Elements

• Cutouts: 3 to 5 foam board cutouts of characters placed around the ring and floor.
• Cake Display: 3 Cylinder Pedestals or a central podium table.
• Signage: Rental Neon "Happy Birthday" light or customized Name Foil Balloon.

Logistics

• Rentals: The Ring Stand, Neon Light, and Cake Tables are on a rental basis and collected after the event.

Logistics

• Power: Requires an accessible power point for Neon and Marquee lights.
• Recovery: All props (Wall panels, Lights, Marquees) are rentals retrieved by the team post event.
