What I Focus On
- I’m all about clean, timeless design. No over-the-top stuff, just spaces that feel good and work well.
- My hotel projects start with the guest journey - from the first step inside to the quietest corner of the room. I pay attention to those little moments that make a stay special.
- For resorts, I get into the nitty-gritty of resort master planning services. I look at the whole site, figuring out how buildings, gardens, and walkways fit together so guests feel connected to the place, not just the rooms.
How I Work
- I start with a simple idea and build from there. Sometimes inspiration comes from a random reference or just a feeling I want the space to have.
- I use 3D visuals early on, so you can see what’s in my head before anything gets built.
- I’m hands-on with technical drawings and site details, making sure what we plan actually works out on the ground.

My Story
Started OSSA in '96 - feels like a lifetime and a blink, both. Sridevi wrote a book about our journey, '2.9 Million Sft & building'. Launching it with our crew, family, friends - that hit different. We dropped the usual hierarchy early, just wanted good ideas from anywhere, anyone. Our team? Curious, honest, bit stubborn sometimes. We like learning on the go. Projects big or small, we just want to get it right.
