About Building Warriors: Training & Conditioning
Training here is not just about kicks. We focus on intense conditioning, using box jumps, hurdles, and plyometrics to build the explosive power and flexibility you need for every strike. You will sweat, you will work hard, and you will see real changes in your speed and coordination.

The Training Routine
Every session is designed to push you further. We start with dynamic stretching to open up your range of motion, followed by hurdle drills and plyometrics to increase your vertical leap and explosive speed. By the time we move to technical sparring, your muscles are warmed up and ready to react.
