Stop the guesswork and endless bloating. This 7-day plan uses simple home-cooked meals to fix your digestion, reduce inflammation, and help you feel lighter without starving yourself.

This is the cover of my 7-Day Gut Healing Diet Plan, designed for natural weight loss. A healthy gut is the foundation for better digestion, immunity, and mood, and this plan is your first step towards transforming your health from the inside out.

Monday's focus is on a protein and digestion boost. The day starts with soaked almonds and includes quinoa upma for breakfast, palak dal for lunch, and a light vegetable soup with moong dal chilla for dinner to gently kickstart your gut healing.

Tuesday is all about anti-inflammatory foods. We start with soaked chia seeds and have poha for breakfast, followed by a light khichdi with bottle gourd for lunch. The day ends with a carrot and tomato soup with besan chillas to calm inflammation.

Wednesday's meals are rich in fiber and probiotics. The day includes vegetable dalia for breakfast, rajma rice for lunch, and a vegetable oats cheela for dinner, all designed to feed your good gut bacteria and keep you full.

Thursday focuses on gut-friendly fats and cooling foods. Meals like idli with coconut chutney, lauki chana dal, and homemade curd with makhana provide healthy fats and have a cooling effect on the digestive system.

This image marks the beginning of a deeper dive into gut health. After the initial healing phase, this plan helps you reboot and recharge your system, supporting digestion and boosting energy naturally and deliciously.

About The 7-Day Gut Healing Plan

This isn't a generic chart you copy-paste from the internet. My approach focuses on 'metabolic stewardship'—it is about using ingredients like soaked almonds, methi water, and homemade curd to calm your system down. We do not cut out entire food groups; we focus on timing your meals and choosing the right inflammation-fighting ingredients so your body actually gets the chance to digest properly.
