I use a science-backed approach, but I’m not into fancy fads or hard-to-find foods. Most of my favourite ingredients are desi, easy to find, and actually enjoyable.
For Moms-to-Be & New Mamas
Pregnancy nutrition tips aren’t one-size-fits-all. I create personalised diet plans for each expecting mom, focusing on essentials like calcium, iron, and hydration, with lots of colourful fruits and veggies. Milk, curd, paneer, and sprouted beans show up often, because simple Indian superfoods for mothers just work. After delivery, I guide new moms through postpartum recovery diet and help with lactation support meal plans. I don’t just give you a chart, I help you tune in to your body’s signals and adjust as you go.
Helping Kids Eat Smart
Healthy eating habits for children start early. I run fun workshops in schools, making nutrition easy and practical for kids and teens.
