Technical Documentation
- GFC Drawings: Good for Construction drawings covering electrical looping, plumbing points, and false ceiling plans.
- Joinery Details: Specific detailed drawings for bespoke furniture, wardrobes, and vanity units.
Supervision
- Material Selection: Accompanied visits to vendors for selection of marble, veneers, and fabrics.
- Site Visits: Periodic visits (4-6 per month) to ensure contractors follow the design intent.

My Story
We’re Kanika and Gautam, founders of NUAR Studios. Our roots stretch from Jaipur to Milan, Amsterdam, Rotterdam—bit of everywhere, honestly. I (Gautam) nerded out in Delft, Kanika aced it in Milano. We’ve worked with all sorts—Europe, India, you name it. NUAR isn’t just about fancy walls. We like spaces that actually belong to where they stand. Art, architecture, stories—put us in the middle of all that, and we’re just happy.
