Bedroom Decor: Ceiling Balloons & Rose Petals
Ceiling Setup
40 to 50 Metallic or Chrome balloons attached to the ceiling using masking tape or removable glue dots. Note: Balloons are air filled and do not use helium. Ribbons drop approx 5 to 6 feet.
Wall & Bed Art
One set of foil text balloons (Choice of Happy Birthday, Anniversary, or I Love You) mounted on the headboard or wall. 500g to 700g of fresh rose petals arranged in a heart shape or name on the bed.
Floor Elements
30 to 40 loose air filled balloons scattered on the floor to add volume.
Cabana Tent Setup with Fairy Lights
The Structure
Pyramid style canopy made of sheer white net fabric (Tulle) suspended from a ceiling fan or central hook.
Illumination
4 to 6 strings of warm white LED fairy lights interwoven into the fabric. Requires a nearby power socket for operation.
Pathway & Floor
Walkway created with fresh rose petals and lined with 20 to 30 LED tea light candles. 40 to 50 metallic balloons clustered inside the tent or at the top.
Car Trunk Surprise Decor
Trunk Decor
Happy Birthday or Anniversary cardstock banner hung across the rear seat. 2 to 3 strings of battery operated fairy lights mixed with the decor.
Personalization
10 to 12 personal photographs (4x6 inch) suspended from the dicky door using ribbons and clips. Digital photos must be provided 24 hours in advance.
Volume Fill
40 to 50 air filled balloons to fill the trunk space and create a spill out effect.
Premium Ring Backdrop & Neon Signage
Backdrop Construction
6x6 foot circular metal ring or rectangular frame draped with an organic garland of approx 200 balloons (mixed sizes, chrome, and pastel).
Lighting & Signage
LED Neon sign mounted on the backdrop (Choice of Happy Anniversary, Better Together, or Will You Marry Me). Includes focus lights for the backdrop and fairy lights on the structure.
Special Effects
2 units of electric Cold Pyro sparkles triggered during the main moment (subject to venue rules).
Marquee Upgrade
The higher price range includes 2 to 3 feet high LED Marquee letters (LOVE or MARRY ME) placed on the floor.
