Seating & Floor

• Draping of client's existing sofa or provision of a low-height chowki.
• 1 to 2 brass or fiber urli pots with loose rose petals or floating candles.

Staff & Timing

• 2 decorators arrive 3 to 4 hours before the function.
• Setup remains for 1 day rental.
• Includes teardown the next day.

Structure & Balloons

• 6ft to 7ft circular metal ring or rectangular frame.
• Organic garland covering 60% to 70% of the ring.
• 300 to 400 balloons (mix of pastel matte and chrome/metallic).

• Heavy-duty Dry Ice Machine (Low Fog Generator).
• 10kg to 15kg of dry ice for knee-deep white fog.
• Continuous output for 3 to 5 minutes during entry or varmala.
• Residue-free effect safe for flooring and heavy outfits.

Cold Sparklers (Pyro)

• 6 units of indoor-safe, smokeless cold pyro fountains.
• Remote-controlled simultaneous firing.
• Spark duration of approximately 30 to 45 seconds.

Technician

• 1 dedicated technician to operate machines and firing system.
• Includes transport of equipment and safety checks.
