About Beyond the Court: Strength & Conditioning
We do not just teach shots. Our morning conditioning sessions in Virar and Vashi focus on sand-based resistance drills and grass sprints to build the ankle stability and explosive power needed for jump smashes. You will be tired, but you will be stronger.

Why Off-Court Training Matters

We incorporate beach training specifically to improve ankle stability and calf strength, which are essential for the explosive movement required in competitive play. Our grass sprints and long-distance intervals build the cardiovascular endurance necessary to maintain high intensity from the first rally to the last.
Training Structure
Our conditioning modules are integrated into our high-performance schedule:
- Morning Fitness: 60 to 90 minutes dedicated to agility, speed, and core strength.
- Surface Training: Sand and grass workouts to challenge muscle groups that court mats do not engage.
- Injury Prevention: Dynamic stretching and mobility routines that keep you on the court and away from the sidelines.
