For four consecutive years, I've had the honor of leading the warm-up for the iconic Bangalore Midnight Marathon. Getting thousands of runners energized and ready under the stars is a feeling like no other. It’s about building hype and ensuring everyone starts the race strong and safe.

My Journey in Movement
I didn't start in a gym; I spent 8 years in brand management. That corporate background is exactly why my fitness sessions work. I know what it's like to be stuck at a desk, stressed, and needing a break. When I walk into an office, I'm not bringing a dry exercise routine. I'm bringing a shift in culture.
