When you are managing a crowd of thousands at a marathon or a tech festival, the microphone is just the start. The real secret is my ability to switch between languages on the fly, blending English, Hindi, and Kannada to keep the vibe inclusive and high-energy for everyone from the front row to the back of the stadium.
Planning a large-scale event means dealing with unpredictable variables, from early morning starts to sudden technical shifts. My experience in Bengaluru's Kanteerava Stadium and at the India International Coffee Festival has taught me how to stay calm when the schedule runs tight or the crowd needs a lift.
I handle the logistics of mass crowd control, warm-up sessions, and stage transitions, allowing the show director to focus on the technical feed while I keep the energy levels high. For marathons, I arrive prepared for the early morning endurance, knowing how to wake up a stadium of runners and keep them motivated through the flag-off. At festivals, I focus on brand integration, ensuring sponsor shoutouts and stage announcements feel natural rather than forced. I know how to manage VIP dignitaries and handle flow control so your event runs smoothly from the first minute to the last.
