This is why I keep my cardio up. So I can have fun mountain biking through the trails of Coorg after many months away from it. Fitness should enable the activities you love.

You will notice there is not a single sterile gym mirror in these photos. That is intentional. My training, whether for the Coorg retreats or remote mentorship, focuses on functional strength, the kind that makes daily tasks or biking steep trails feel natural. My philosophy is simple: fitness should enable your life, not just look good on a screen. Growing up in Coorg, juggling kettlebells and coffee plants, I learned that real strength is practical.

Why Train with Me

I do not do magic tricks or quick fixes. After 18 years of training, I know that consistency is the only real deal. When we work together, we focus on:

  • Functional Movement: We use dumbbells, barbells, and bodyweight to build strength that helps you hike, play, and live without constant aches.
  • Mindset and Discipline: I help you set goals and stick to them, even on the days you want to quit.
  • Real Nutrition: We focus on local, clean food rather than restrictive, impossible-to-follow meal plans.

Remote Coaching vs. In-Person

Whether you are across the country or want to escape to the plantation, I have options:

  • 1-on-1 Remote Mentorship: We work on your specific goals with custom programs, video form analysis, and weekly check-ins via video call.
  • Coorg Fitness Retreats: Come stay at my plantation at The Jade Homestay. We combine movement, nature walks, and meditation with authentic Coorgi meals. It is a chance to reset your body and mind away from the noise of the city.

I offer a movement audit session if you just need to fix your lifting form or understand your injury history. If you are done with excuses and want a coach who keeps it real, let's get to work.
