18 years of consistency, zero shortcuts, and the discipline to just show up. Here is a look at my approach to building real strength that fits your life.

This is what it's all about. Building a body and mind that lets you stand tall and soak in the rewards of your hard work. Fitness isn't just about the gym; it's about what it allows you to do and feel in your life.

Let's be real, discipline is the whole game. This is my core message: 90% of success is just showing up and not being lazy. I don't sell magic pills, I guide you in building the mental toughness to get things done.

This is the result of 18 years of consistency, clean eating, and showing up even on the bad days. My coaching is built on the real-life lessons I've learned in my own fitness journey. No shortcuts, just smart, sustainable work.

Your gym can be anywhere. Here I am getting a workout in at 12,500ft in Ladakh after a 7-hour bike ride. I teach functional fitness that prepares you for life's adventures, helping you stay strong and active wherever you are.

This is a glimpse of my fitness retreats in Coorg. We mix workouts, plantation walks, meditation, and good food. It’s about resetting your body and mind in nature, proving that a healthy holiday is the best kind of holiday.

I focus on practical fitness for modern life. Many of my clients have desk jobs, so I create simple, effective routines to combat the negative effects of sitting all day. This is about building a strong core to protect your spine and improve posture.

My life is a blend of fitness and nature. As a coffee planter in Coorg, I believe in finding joy in the simple things, like a fresh cup of coffee after a morning grind. This balance is what I help my clients find in their own lives.

About this collection

Most people search for a quick fix, but I built my coaching on nearly two decades of trial and error. Whether you are stuck behind a desk or training for a mountain trek, the mechanics matter more than the weight on the bar. I prioritize functional movements—like glute bridges and side planks—that protect your spine and build a base so you can actually enjoy your life, not just survive your workout.

Building Strength for Real Life

Fitness shouldn't be another chore to add to your list. I train people to function better, not just to look good for a few weeks. My philosophy is simple: we work on movements that translate to the real world—carrying groceries, hiking trails, or sitting through long workdays without your back giving out. If you are a desk worker, your core is likely the first thing that needs attention, and we fix that with specific, low-impact routines that stabilize your spine.

Why I Focus on Discipline Over Motivation

Motivation is fleeting. Discipline is what gets you results. I don't give you magic pills or restrictive diets because they don't last. Instead, I help you build a structure around your current life, whether you are at home, traveling, or visiting my plantation in Coorg. My coaching includes video form analysis and weekly check-ins because the technical details are where injury prevention happens.

The Coorg Connection

My lifestyle in Coorg is the ultimate test of my own training. Balancing the demands of a coffee plantation with physical training keeps me grounded. When I run fitness retreats at The Jade Homestay, we use this environment to reset. You aren't just doing reps; you are integrating movement into a natural flow. It is about understanding that your body is a tool for experience, and if you keep it strong, you can do anything from riding to Ladakh to handling the daily grind with energy to spare.
