Meet your Zumba instructor, Niraj

Growing up in Bihar, music and dance were always a way to celebrate life, and that is the spirit I bring to every session here in Gurgaon. My classes are designed to be an escape. You aren’t just signing up for a calorie-burn session; you are stepping into a community where the goal is to leave your stress at the door.

What to Expect

We combine professional studio lighting with a mix of Latin, Afro, and heavy doses of Bollywood and Punjabi tracks. It is an interval-training workout disguised as a dance party. I focus on follow-along routines so you don't have to worry about complex choreography. If you can move, you can Zumba. I ensure we start with a proper warm-up to prep your joints and finish with deep stretches so you don’t walk out feeling sore.

Why Join?

Whether you choose the 8-session standard pack or the 20-session power pack, my aim is to build your stamina through consistency. The Gfunk Studio setup in DLF Phase 4 gives us the space and sound quality we need to really let loose. It is consistent, it is sweaty, and most importantly, it is a lot of fun. Come as you are, and let’s get moving.
