About BollyBeat & Desi Grooves
My BollyBeat sessions aren't about getting the steps perfect; they are about letting go. We mix high-energy Bollywood tracks, Bhangra beats, and even some Latin rhythms into a 60-minute cardio workout. You don't need any dance background to jump in, just an open mind and comfortable shoes—we focus on simple, repeatable moves so you can stop thinking and start sweating.
What to Expect
Think of this as a dance floor, not a gym floor. We kick things off with a warm-up that gets your heart rate up before diving into the main set of choreography.
Class Format:
- Rhythm & Flow: We cycle through current Bollywood chartbusters, classic Bhangra anthems, and the occasional Reggaeton or Electro beat to keep things fresh.
- Inclusive Moves: The choreography is designed to be beginner-friendly. I break down the steps so you aren't left struggling with footwork while the music is playing.
- The Vibe: It is all about 'sikhne ki koi age limit ni hoti hai' (there's no age limit to learning). Whether you're 20 or 50, you'll find your space here.
Where We Train
All evening batches are held at Fitness Empire, Marathahalli. It is a fully air-conditioned studio, so you stay cool even when the energy gets high. We run fixed batches on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays (7 PM to 8 PM).
