Taekwondo & Martial Arts
My Taekwondo classes are about more than just kicks and punches; they build discipline, respect, and focus. I teach self defense techniques and the core principles of martial arts, helping kids achieve their goals and grow in confidence.
Gymnastics & Strength Building
In our Kids Gym, children build real strength and confidence using hanging bars, rings, and our colorful climbing wall. I guide them through foundational gymnastics moves like cartwheels and handstands in a safe, fully padded space.
Fitness Bootcamps & Fun Drills
I make fitness feel like a game with exciting circuit training, agility drills, and fun team challenges. Kids improve their speed and endurance by running through ladders, jumping hurdles, and playing active games in a playful environment.
Active Birthday Parties
Celebrate your child's special day with an unforgettable active party at Ninja Kids. I offer themed celebrations like Pirate, Frozen, or Spiderman, complete with games, activities, and access to our entire play gym for a fun filled day.
Special Programs & Events
Beyond our regular classes, I host special events like our popular Summer Camp and celebrate days like International Yoga Day. These programs offer a diverse mix of activities from art and pottery to mindfulness and storytelling.
