I never set out to be a wellness coach. This is the story of how my family and I reclaimed our health by changing what we eat, and the transformations I have helped others achieve since.

My journey started with my own health crisis. My cholesterol was at 300, and doctors insisted on medication. I was a vegetarian who owned a cow to get the purest milk for my family, yet I was sick. This video is the first part of my story, explaining how my search for an alternative led me to a retreat that would change everything.

The turning point for me was a 21-day health retreat where I learned the truth about dairy and refined foods. In just 21 days of eating whole plant-based food, my energy soared. When I brought this lifestyle home, my husband's 23-year-long acidity and my son's chronic asthma vanished. This was the proof I needed.

After seeing the miraculous changes in my family's health, my son asked me a life-changing question: "Where can I eat this food when I go out with friends?" I searched all of India and found not a single whole food plant-based restaurant. That night, the idea for Justbe was born. This is the story of how my personal mission became a public one.

My own health transformation was the catalyst for everything. I had high cholesterol, migraines, and a skin allergy called Rosacea. My son suffered from asthma. By eliminating dairy and all refined products and embracing a whole food plant-based diet, all these issues disappeared. This is the power of food as medicine.

Shaving my head was a profound act of self-discovery. It started after a consultation with a cancer patient who was more worried about her hair loss than her illness. It made me question our attachments to external validation. Letting go of my hair gave me wings and the liberty to be my true self, detached from what the world expects.

Shruti Sethi's story is a powerful testament to the body's ability to heal. Before her cancer diagnosis, she craved sugar, not knowing it was feeding the disease. This conversation explores the link between diet, emotional health, and cancer, and how a whole food plant-based diet became her path to recovery.

In this conversation with Shruti Sethi, she shares her initial denial and fear after her cancer diagnosis. The thought of chemotherapy and its side effects was terrifying. This led her to seek an alternative path, a journey that ultimately brought her to the healing power of a whole food plant-based lifestyle.

About From Struggle to Strength: My Story & Client Transformations

It was never my plan to open a restaurant or coach others. My own high cholesterol and my son's chronic asthma were the wake-up calls that forced me to look at the food we were eating differently. When we stopped using dairy and oil, the changes in our health were faster than any medicine could provide. What you see in these images is the result of that shift: moving away from labels and medication to food as medicine.

My journey began with a 21-day retreat that changed everything I thought I knew about nutrition. Before that, I believed I was eating healthy because we had our own cow and I avoided processed meat. I was wrong. My cholesterol was hitting 300, my migraines were constant, and my son was using a nebulizer for his asthma almost monthly. Learning to live without dairy, refined sugar, and oil was not just about weight loss. It was about healing at the cellular level.

'Jaisa khao ann, vaisa pao mann' is the philosophy that drives everything I do at my studio in Sadashivanagar. Food is 'Prana' or life force. When you stop treating your body like a car you put the wrong fuel into, the body starts to repair itself.

I have spent the last six years seeing people reverse conditions that doctors said were permanent. My clients, like many of you, started in total doubt. They thought giving up dairy or having an oil-free meal was impossible. But once they experienced the energy boost and the disappearance of their chronic issues, they never went back.

Whether you are dealing with PCOD, diabetes, or just the weight of bad lifestyle choices, the solution starts in your kitchen. I don't give you a restrictive diet that makes you miserable. I show you how to replace the bad stuff with nutrient-dense, plant-based food that actually loves you back. This is not about willpower. It is about understanding what your body needs to thrive.
