Pre-Wedding Haldi & Mehendi Decor

Stage & Backdrop

Dimensions: Standard 10ft x 8ft or 12ft x 10ft backdrop structure.
Design: Vibrant fabric draping (tent style or pleats) in Hot Pink, Orange, Yellow, or Teal.
Floral Work: High-density hanging strings of Marigold (Genda) and Rajnigandha (Tuberose). Majority traditional blooms with minimal artificial inserts.
Couple Seating: Choice of a traditional Wooden Swing (Jhula) with floral vines OR a Low-seating Diwan with embroidered cushions.

Props & Photobooth

Statement Props: Inclusion of 2-3 standard props such as a decorated bicycle, Rajasthani umbrellas, or large frame cutouts.
Signage: Neon sign or floral text board (e.g., 'Haldi' or 'Mehndi').
Ceiling: Colorful tassels (parandis), wicker baskets, or kite hangings above the couple.

Entrance & Walkway

Entry Arch: Simple box-arch gate draped in theme fabric with marigold pasting.
Aisle: Standard red or yellow carpet walkway (approx. 20-30ft).
Welcome Board: One easel stand with a welcome message.

Wedding Mandap & Ritual Area

Mandap Structure

Type: Choice of a 4-Pillar Square Canopy or a Circular Open-Dome structure (approx. 10ft to 12ft diameter).
Material: Carved fiber pillars (Gold/White/Crystal) or draped metal trussing.
Flooring: Pristine Red or White carpet on a raised wooden platform (approx. 1ft height).

Floral Decor

Composition: Upper canopy utilizes premium 'Real-Touch' Artificial Flowers (Roses/Hydrangeas) for volume.
Fresh Flowers: Roses, Carnations, and Orchids used for lower eye-level clusters and garlands.
Ceiling: Inner canopy detailed with fabric rushing or hanging floral strings and crystal latkans.

Ritual & Seating

Couple/Parents: 6 to 8 traditional Sankheda Chairs or Modern Gold/Chiavari chairs.
Ritual Items: 2 low ceremonial stools (Bajots) and a Havan Kund setup box (encasing/platform only).
Guest Area: 40-60 standard banquet chairs with covers and tie-backs.
Lighting: Halogen lighting for the Mandap plus 4 LED Par Cans for pillar uplighting.

Grand Reception & Stage Production

The Grand Stage (40ft - 60ft Width)

Backdrop: Multi-layered setup with high-density lush floral walls (artificial), velvet panels, and acrylic laser-cut jalis.
Tech Integration: Provision for LED Screen integration (Split screens or center patch) within the decor frame.
Flooring: Signature Printed Vinyl or Carpet on the stage (e.g., Black & White Chevron or floral prints).
Overhead: Heavy Box-Truss structure supporting Crystal Chandeliers or Wisteria flower ceilings.
Furniture: Premium 'Maharaja' style love-seat or modern White Leather/Tufted sofa set.

Hall & Ceiling Decor

Walkway: A 40ft - 60ft immersive entry tunnel (Tunnel of lights or Floral Archway).
VIP Lounge: Dedicated zone near the stage with 10-15 Premium Sofa seats and coffee tables.
Guest Seating: Round table centerpieces and chair sashes for up to 200 chairs (Chairs provided by venue).

Intelligent Lighting Package

Fixtures: 12-16 LED Par Cans, 4-6 Moving Head (Sharpies), and Blinders/Profile spots.
Control: Includes a DMX console and light engineer.

Decorating weddings is in my blood - I’ve been at it with my team for over 50 years. Every event is a chance to create something the family and guests will never forget. Some people want simple, some want dhamaal (full-on) - I’ve seen it all.

What We Do Best

Known for grand Indian wedding decor that’s all about scale: giant stages, floral tunnels, dreamy lounges, and those big ‘wow’ entrances.
Mandap design is my obsession - floral canopies, geometric shapes, pastel or bold, I love making it match the couple’s vibe.
Pre-wedding parties get their own look: Sangeet is glitzy, Haldi gets full color, Mehndi goes playful.
